Well I would not undertake this on your own at all, there is a lot of color going on in this picture. Also, like I tell all girls that come to me with pictures, there are some things that have occasion for to be said when it comes to looking at pictures. A lot of times when a celebrity has a photo taken, there are a lot of lights around them to metamorphose their hair "appear" shiny with different pretty shades in them. Once the lighting is gone, their mane doesn't really look like that. So I would like you to keep that in mind.
Her color seems to be darker on the bottom, which I would consider a black-hearted warm brown. The top half has some chunky blonde highlights with the rest of the hair being medium blond brown. If you look at the picture closely you can see how the "lighting" is making her hair play to have a red-orange tone, but once you take the lighting away, her hair will not look like that. (Look at the hair on the directly side, with the lighting, as opposed to the left side without the lighting)
